Our fees are paid exclusively by the hiring organization. Candidates can engage with HYREON freely — whether submitting their profile, being approached for an active search, or requesting to be considered for future opportunities — with no financial obligation at any point.

Yes. Every successful placement is backed by a replacement guarantee. The specific terms are tailored to the engagement model and outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW) at the time of signing.

Our replacement guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our screening process and the long-term fit of the candidates we present. In the unlikely event a placement does not work out within the guarantee period, we will re-engage the search at no additional retainer cost, subject to the terms agreed upfront.
