HYREON Talent Solutions is founded and led by Chandreyee “Chan” Haldar, a senior Talent Acquisition leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling talent capabilities for large global consulting and technology enterprises in Canada.
Prior to launching Hyreon, Chan held national talent leadership roles within global consulting organizations, where she led enterprise-wide recruitment functions and high-performing teams across the country. Her work directly supported the growth of new business verticals and enabled organizations to secure large, multi-year commercial engagements by hiring senior leaders, executives, and highly specialized talent during periods of global skill scarcity.
Chan brings deep domain expertise across technology and digital transformation, banking and financial services, and energy and utilities. Having operated within complex, regulated enterprise environments, she understands how talent strategy must align with business priorities, governance requirements, and long-term growth objectives. Her approach is shaped by close partnership with senior stakeholders, compliance-driven hiring, and delivery in highly competitive markets.
Chan has led talent searches for Director and VP-level roles across the energy, utilities and consulting sectors in both Canada and the United States, overseeing the expansion of recruitment capabilities across central and western Canada with a focused mandate on energy and utilities.
Driven by a strong curiosity about the future of work, Chan actively explores emerging recruitment tools, evolving hiring models, and new technologies while staying attuned to macroeconomic trends and shifting global talent dynamics. Through Hyreon, her focus is to partner with employers across evolving industries to mobilize exceptional talent, strengthen organizational capability, and support sustainable business growth.
